STARTUP AND ACCEPTANCE TEST CERTIFICATION

Startup and acceptance tests, which determine when a facility is ready for client turnover, are critical milestones in any project.

Working with an engineering, procurement and construction contractor, we will help develop a sound testing philosophy, as well as final testing procedures.  We will work with the client to ensure that acceptance tests meet industry standards and are consistent with the equipment, technology and guarantees included in the engineering, construction and procurement contract.  Our audit during this stage of the project will result in thorough and accurate test readings and subsequent calculations.

More specifically, our services encompass:

· Test procedure review, including codes and standards, measurement tolerances, frequency of readings, instrument requirements, calculation procedures, control room instruments and measurement procedures.
· Test monitoring, including instrument setup, procedure compliance, resolution of upsets and review of data collected.
· Review of test results, including adjustment for ambient conditions, review of calculations, certifications of results and any recommendations.
