ENGINEERING AND DESIGN REVIEW

We will help the clients monitor engineering and design for adherence to terms of the engineering, procurement, and construction contract, as well as to applicable permits and permit applications.  We will also identify any deficient or unsafe elements.

At a minimum, we review such document as:

·   Specifications for major equipment and contracts
·   General arrangement drawings
·   Process and instrumentation diagrams
·   Heat and mass balances
·   Main electrical one-line diagrams
·   Engineering reports (such as soils analysis)
·   The operation and maintenance manual

These documents, which form the basis for the detailed design, can be used to confirm contractual compliance.
