Once a facility has passed its acceptance test, it begins operation and generates the revenues needed to pay lenders. To remain profitable, however, it must continue running smoothly and efficiently. For this to happen, effective operating and maintenance procedures are essential.
As an independent engineer, we will
help the client review project operations regularly. We examine operating and
maintenance data from site records, interview plant operations and submit
reports to investors. We also prepare detailed annual reports, highlighting 12
months of operation and maintenance and significant maintenance milestone for
